Cancellation Policies

​All reservations are non-refundable, however they can be transferable with a 48 hour notice if you choose another date for your stay during the current season.​

No refunds for voluntary departure, weather conditions, acts of nature or evictions.​

HOLIDAY WEEKENDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

General Information:

- Six person limit per site

~ These rates apply from  April 15th to October 21st.  On-site water available April 15 to October 15 weather permitted.

~ Lost Mountain Campground is not responsible for any damages or accidents. 

~ All Guests MUST register at the Front Office prior to visitation of campsite. 

~ Self Check In is at the Front Office by calling 1-888-238-6686


~ No golf carts or ATV's permitted

~ No parking in vacant sites.

​~ Be mindful of staying off of other campsites while walking, driving or biking.

~ Quiet time is 11pm to 8am. Please keep children under 18 at your campsite during those hours. 

~ Please do not deface, cut or hang anything from the trees. 

~ Firewood from out of state is not permitted.

- No visibly intoxicated person at the pool.

- No more than 6 can lunch coolers permitted at the pool.


~ 2 pets per campsite only. Pets are allowed but must be on a leash at all times.  Absolutely no pet may be left unattended at campsite.  Please clean up after your pet. All current health records and licenses must accompany pets.  No pets in any buildings, playground or pool areas. Owners are responsible for    any injuries caused by their pets. No vicious breeds permitted, which include Pit Bulls, Terriers, Dobermanns and Rottweillers. No swimming      for pets in swimming pool or pond.     

 

~ All garbage must be properly disposed of in dump site located between the Front Office and the Swimming Pool.

~ Please keep your site clean.

~ Please remember to be courteous to the other campers and staff at Lost Mountain Campground.  This will make it a more                     pleasant experience for everyone.  

~ Parents MUST accompany anyone under 12 to the swimming pool, playground, and game room.

~ No bikes after 8pm and helmets are suggested when riding.

~ Rollerblades, Roller Skates, Scooters and Skateboards are not permitted.

~ Lost Mountain Campground reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

~ Anyone found avoiding any of the fees set forth is making a theft of services and will be immediately dismissed from the                                       campground.

~ WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC SITES - We will make every effort to honor your site requests. 
~ Sites are booked first by length of stay, second by date reservation is confirmed. 
~ It is our policy not to give out assigned site numbers until arrival.
~ Management reserves the right to change assigned sites.

~ For seasonal sites Lost Mountain asks all RV campers have a manufacture date of 15 years or newer and in good condition.​

​~ Alcoholic beverages are restricted to  your campsite only. 

​~ No moving of the fire rings. Fires are only permitted within the fire rings provided. Do not burn garbage or cans in the fire rings.

~ Fireworks are prohibited by the State of Pennsylvania - No Fireworks  

~ No firearms.

~ Washing of RV's or vehicles in Lost Mountain Campground is prohibit

~ This is a privately owned and managed campground. Lost Mountain owners and employees are not responsible for accidents or                             injuries to any camper, their guests or to either of their properties.

~ Lost Mountain is not responsible loss of any kind regardless of value.

~ Lost Mountain reserves the right to determine and enforce all of Lost Mountains Guidelines and Policies for the benefit, security and                 safety of Lost Mountain Guests. 

~ Lost Mountain reserves the right to dismiss any and all violators of the Lost Mountain Guidelines and Policies without refunds.

~ Lost Mountain reserves the right to remove persons or animals which are considered unfavorable to the safety and welfare of                             management or others using the Lost Mountain campground and/or it's facilities.

​~ It is acknowledged that any breach by the camper and/or camper's guests that goes against Lost Mountain's Guidelines and Policies shall be     grounds for immediate removal for the campground with no refunds of any fees.

~ Photos, Videos and other media taken during your stay may be used for promotional purposes.
